About the workshop
This workshop and training course will introduce the impact of the recent EDPB opinions on GDPR certification, including its recognition as a mechanism for international data transfers under Art. 46 GDPR.
The workshop will review the opportunities offered to DPOs to simplify compliance management, reduce risks, and value compliance. The second half will focus on the certification journey in practice: from preparation to valuing compliance.
